1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ASAR application and related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose & Intended Use

ASAR is designed solely as a personal digital discipline, attention protection, and focus tool. You acknowledge that you explicitly configure and grant the application permissions (such as Accessibility Service and Device Administrator) to enforce distraction blocking during active focus sessions.

3. Strict Mode & Anti-Bypass

When you enable Strict Mode or Device Administrator anti-uninstall protection, you explicitly request that the app enforce irreversible focus timers until completion or until the mindful emergency exit cooldown sequence is satisfied. ASAR is not liable for missed notifications or restricted app access during active sessions configured by you.

4. Subscriptions & Licenses

ASAR offers both Free and paid Pro tiers (Monthly, Yearly, Student, and Lifetime). Paid subscriptions via Google Play Billing automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. Web license keys redeemed in the app grant non-transferable access for the specified duration.

5. Privacy & Data Ownership

ASAR operates on a privacy-first, local-first model. Your productivity logs, focus sessions, and app usage records remain strictly on your device unless you explicitly opt in to cloud synchronization.
